We do not collect any personally identifiable information directly on this site. If you contact us using our “Contact Us” link, by calling into our office, or by e-mailing our office, you may be requested to give personally identifiable information in order to schedule a consultation. 

Our site is hosted on Bluehost.com. Bluehost.com may collect cookies or other information when you visit it. Bluehosts’s security policies are at https://www.endurance.com/privacy/information-security-policy.

This website does contain a link to an intake form through our case management system, MyCase. This intake form link can be used to provide personally identifiable information to use in order to schedule a consultation. This intake form is hosted on MyCase.com and may collect cookies or other information when you visit. Polaris Law Group makes no representation or endorsements as to the privacy policies on any third-party websites to which Polaris Law Group supplies links. 

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII” is defined as information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person or to identify an individual in context. Polaris Law Group collects PII through the MyCase intake form link for the following uses: 

Your name, address, email address, and phone number may be collected in order to respond to inquiries for service and provide our legal services to you; and 

Any other information you provide us in order to respond to inquiries, follow up with correspondence, or otherwise fulfilling regular business needs and obligations. 

We may collect additional information in order to operate the website, maintain the Website, analyze visits to the Website, improve the Website, prevent, detect, or investigate fraud or illegal acts, and for other purposes to which you may consent from time to time. We will also use your information for basic business functions, such as accounting and billing.

Protecting your PII

We use third party website hosts, case management systems, and other third-party vendors, including but not limited to MyCase and BlueHost. Please visit their websites for their privacy policies.  

All Polaris Law Group employees, subcontractors, and vendors with access to PII are required to agree to confidentiality terms. No financial information is requested through the MyCase intake form link. Please do not provide any financial information through the link. 

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your PII to outside parties for profit. This prohibition does not apply to those third-party service providers who help us conduct our business and serve our users, as described above.

We may release your PII when requested in order to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you access this site, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to this site, to these Terms and Conditions, to our Privacy Policy, to our advertising or business practices, or to products you purchase through this site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration with JAMS in Denver, Colorado, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Polaris Law Group’s intellectual property rights, Polaris Law Group may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Colorado, USA and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.  The prevailing party in the arbitration may be awarded its reasonable attorney fees and costs.  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to this site, our policies, and these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies at any time.  If any of these conditions or policies shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
